So you are about to buy? CONGRATULATIONS! Adding another project to your already busy life can seem daunting. And believe us, for this one you truly want to free up time as buying a home is a big investment.

This is where we come in. We want to help out by making it easier for you to reduce stress, save money and ultimately get the perfect home. We have built a network of qualified professionals (i.e. realtors including Graydon Hill and ReMax, telco companies including Rogers and Bell, lenders including TD and ING) to assist you with each step of the home buying process. The roadmap was created to easily guide you through the steps starting with getting a mortgage. You can simply click on the areas where you need help. Perhaps you need a mortgage but have a lawyer or maybe you need a lawyer but have a realtor. You pick and choose according to your needs.

How to get started? From the map, click on where you need help. You may need to find what condo you can afford. Just click on 'get mortgage' - the icon with a checkmark - and see the size of mortgage you qualify for. This will help you narrow in on the property that you can afford and the area you may want to target. Or, maybe you just need a sharp realtor. Click on 'find a home'. You get the point.

A few more points before you get started:

Guide. You will not be alone, as we will assign you a customer lead that will be your guide through the process, making sure that things go smoothly. The guide will not only take you through the map but follow-up after each step to ensure you are completely satisfied.

Savings. We believe in the philosophy of more people = more power = more savings. As our membership continues to grow we are able to negotiate better pricing and rates. We can get preferred pricing that you just can't get on your own.

Cost. There is no cost to you for our services. We make money through the providers. For example, when we get you a mortgage, the lending institution gives us a commission.

Info. To help you get informed, we provide everything from podcasts to blogs to blubs to know how to online chat functions.

We. We are a group of consumers who found buying a home to be overwhelming, frustrating and stressful. As we plan to buy again in the future, we want to make the process better for ourselves as well as everybody else.
