Group Fundraising

As active members in our community, we realize that it can be difficult to fundraise so we decided to make it easier. For every transaction completed by one of your members, friends or family, your group gets fundraising dollars. We get homeowners the best deals through group buying power so why shouldn't the group benefit. Everyone wins. So, how do you get your group registered to start earning dollars? Simply register your group by clicking on Add a Group:. You will then be asked to enter your members' names and email addresses. Alternatively, we can send you an email which you can forward to your members. A Join for Free link will be included. Which ever is easier for you. It's your time and your group. How it works. The bigger the transaction the bigger the fundraising dollars. Receive $50 for a mortgage up to 300k mortgage plus $20 dollars per additional 100k. Receive $100 for a home purchase up to 300k plus $30 dollars per additional 100k. Receive $10 for using our lawyer Receive $10 for using our home inspector Receive $10 for using our home insurer Receive about $200 on a purchase of the average home price of 376k in Toronto. The contribution could however be as high as $500. How do you get your fundraising dollars? We pay directly into your groups bank account. When do you get paid? Payments are made on a monthly basis.
